Erudite Reid: History Will Toss-Off The Petty Old Goat
The existence of Harry Reid, perhaps more than any other current American politician -- although Nancy Pelosi trails by but a sliver -- signifies an end of sorts is approaching -- a change is coming. Not the end of the world or of America because, let's face it, the fine sieves of history won't give the petty Mr. Reid a pass -- he'll be tossed-off with the rest of the slough. He's just a puny self-important guy that will never write the great novel or improve humanity, but when it comes to being the fly-in-the-ointment, well, he's the Left's guy, just never America's.
What's coming is unclear but there is a sense that America tires of the Left's swirling creep-factor, which appears to originate from The White House and this administration's genetic tie to 1960s dysfunction--the brooding and bored progressive bred to the ideological seed of Cold War enemy destructive intent. No longer is it about a mere sense that the enemy is lurking within: by more than defrauding We The People, President Obama has self-identified.
At a time when the President and his pandemically expanding politburo aggressively bullies We The People in the name of transformation, the task for those atop the soapbox is complicated by reasoned questions about just how much more the people have to or will endure petty politicians and so called civil servants serving anti-Constitutional aims and unrestrained Obama claims. (The juxtaposition of King George III "Stamp Acts" to what today's government is doing should cause all to gasp for reason and sanity.)
Yet, the enemy within sidesteps the very knowable meaning of the People's Constitution (to which oaths are sworn) to use ignorance of it to keep the People from the the very liberty already owed. But "that" known meaning is the enemy of the President and his human oil slick, senator Reid, so they continue to push and nudge to make We The People integral characters in the POTUS plot: to fulfill the ache of Leftist ideological destructive intent--to see Americans on their knees praying to the Left's stone gods.
So something has to give, and while it is unclear what, it will undoubtedly be to the benefit of the American people because Reid and his party's politics are incompatible with American excellence and will be shown to be on the wrong side of history and, scarier yet, natural selection. Oh, yes! While uncorrupted science is silent on anthropogenic global warming, nature's science is all too clear when it comes to human behavior tempting the physics of consequences through dedicated tolerance of incessant ignorance. Ignorance just can't stand without the heavy hand of government propping it. Things may get very uncomfortable as the Left stands opposed to the coming wake of social and political correction.
Yes, conservatives and libertarians will again do their best to protect the Left from itself, but some of the approaching consequences are as undefined as they are unavoidable.
